NAWGJ-CT strives to build a cooperative relationship
between gym club owners, meet directors and judging professionals.
NAWGJ-CT uses ARBITER for judging assignments.
It is really important to let our assigner know as soon as possible what dates,
times and levels you need for your meet so we can get you the judges needed before there are NO judges left to ask!

USAG requires NAWGJ-CT to charge a $5. per judge fee for all meets assigned by NAWGJ-CT (USAG, YMCA,AAU)
This is the total amount of judges assigned for the whole weekend.
(10 judges were assigned in 2 days x $5 for each judge... you pay $50. to NAWGJ-CT.
This can be paid after your meet when you pay for your other required State and Reginal gymnast fees.
Also,
when you receive your invoice for judges pay at the end of your meet, the number of judges will be on the invoice so you will have your total numbers for easy access.

-Nutritious meals that are not just concession food.
Like sandwiches, salads, fruit. chicken, pasta meals, veggies and desert is always welcome !
-If the judge is at a meet at least 3 hours, or mileage was at least 100 round trip.
A meal must be provided or per diem is charged.
-If a judge is at a meet that last 8 hours or more, another meal should be provided
or per diem is charged.
- If a judge stayed over night, breakfast must be available or per diem will be charged.
