USA Gymnastics Membership Card

You’ll need to log in to your profile on USAG and click

click “certificates” to open that part of the screen.

Click “print card” on the right. You can then screenshot the card.
NAWGJ-CT Completed Contract

A copy of this will be sent to you once you have notified Sandi that you have successfully received a Judge's rating.
