This is going to sound crazy, but….START STUDYING!
Here’s the thing, the higher your rating, the more versatile
you will be as a judge.
The more versatile you are, the more opportunity you have to be
assigned.

Since we live in a small state, most
meets include a combinations
of many levels.
For example, there may be a meet
with
200 athletes, levels 4-10 and only 2
of those athletes are level 10’s.
The meet would automatically require
a level 10-rated judge to
officiate.
Please don’t worry, you WILL get assigned,
but it is to your benefit to “test up” as soon as possible.
